Papa Murphy's | Take 'N' Bake Pizza

We’ve been going to the Rogers location for the last 3 years. As of late, it seems management must have changed. What is of concern is the front door was open and it was about 85-90 degrees. It seems the AC hasn’t been working for quite sometime! Nobody wants their fresh pizza’s sitting in a hot environment. Please fix this problem so we feel confident about eating your food! Thank you so much! We do really like Papa Murphy but this problem needs to be fixed! It’s probably really hard on the employees too!

We love Papa Murpy's! And it was obvious on Halloween night how many others do also! I had ordered online. When we arrived, the store was packed. I quickly realized our pizzas would not be ready for pickup. Staff was overwhelmed with the volume of orders!! I am giving my 5 star review for the way staff apologized and quickly took my info to cancel my online order.

Started going to this location after Elk River stopped carrying the BBQ sauce. I have to say, should have been going here the whole time! The employees have all been very nice, the inside is bright and clean, and I think the food is even better. It's like it's made more carefully or something, and the dough seems to rise better.

This location was not prepared for the Valentine’s Day rush. I ordered over the phone and was told my pizzas would be ready at 5:15. I arrived at 5:20 and there was a line out the door. I asked if my order was ready and a worker started digging through a pile of at least 30 receipts. He didn’t give me a time that my order would be ready. A manager was yelling at the workers to not take any more walk-in orders or orders over the phone - only online orders. Those instructions should have been given about an hour earlier based on the back log of orders. I left without my pizzas. Not good planning on your part, Papa Murphy’s management!

We ordered online and it was ready when we got there. I really enjoyed being able to get the "crustless" pizza, especially when I could request that certain foods that I am sensitive to, be omitted.
